    All artwork will be shipped unframed unless you specifically request matting and framing. We are working on a department where you can purchase greeting cards, stationary, t-shirts, calendars, and other items with your favorite images on them.      All artwork featured on this website are titled in some manner and photographed clearly, although the pictures on here do the original no justice. OutOftheBoxPDX offers a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee (excluding postage) to our customers that are not satisfied with their purchase. Artwork should be returned to OutOftheBoxPDX in the same condition it was shipped (we photograph each piece as it is shipped) and then your reimbursement will follow.

      Artwork that you are not satisfied with must be returned within 10-business days of being sent to you in the same condition as it was sent to you. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return to: OutOftheBoxPDX, C/O Wayne Houff, 1826 SE Tibbetts Street, Portland, Oregon 97202. it would be helpful if you would express your reasons for returning the artwork so we can take steps to correct our system if needed.       Damaged Goods Policy: All of our items are packaged carefully to prevent transportation damages; we shall refund its cost upon return less your shipping costs.

        Cancelation Policy: You may cancel your order as long as your purchase has not already been shipped. if your order has been shipped, please return it to us in the same condition as upon arrival, within 10-business days of delivery.
